As a base? Honestly, only for repeat visitors: hotel stock is thin, buses back from Taejongdae wind down in the evening, and everything else in Busan starts with a ride back over the bridge. First trip, sleep in Nampo 15 minutes away and give Yeongdo the half-day it deserves — or the full day it earns.
